Clinton Ventures is an authorized software reseller. Upon purchase of a package (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise), we grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software components and configurations delivered as part of that package for the Client's own business operations.
Package contents are described on our website at the time of purchase. Features may be delivered through third-party platforms we configure on your behalf; continued access to such platforms is subject to those providers' terms.
Packages are sold for a one-time fee as stated on our website. Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. One-time package fees do not include any third-party subscription, hosting, ad-spend, or payment-processing costs that the Client incurs directly with those providers.
All amounts are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Delivery timelines depend on the Client's timely cooperation and provision of required materials.
Each package includes guided onboarding, training on the delivered tools, and a support window as described for that tier. Support covers configuration and correct operation of the software we delivered; it does not include unlimited custom development beyond the scope of the purchased package.
All underlying software, platforms, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Clinton Ventures or its respective licensors. The Client owns its own business data, brand assets, and content. Upon full payment, the Client receives the license described in Section 1 to use the delivered configuration for its business.
Clinton Ventures provides business software and implementation services only. We make no guarantee of any specific revenue, sales, profit, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the Client's own market, products, effort, and use of the software. Nothing on our website or in these Terms constitutes an earnings claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinton Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the software or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount the Client paid for the package giving rise to the claim.
The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in writing.
Purchases are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy: a full refund may be requested within 72 hours of purchase and before implementation begins. After that, all sales are final. Where a delivered component does not work as described, we will repair or re-deliver it (this is not a money-back guarantee).
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the packages and supersede prior discussions. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
